Here is one of my buddy Magne Hoven music specialist. There are people produsing music for the sake of hobby or fan yet others have studied it. Today I represent you Magne who has deep passion of music and actually did study it at highest level at the University of NTNU in Trondheim. When you want to know about music genre and all about the sound here is the right person to discuss with! Magne he is very special person to me when it comes to music. Unlike other artists or musicians Magne is unique person because he also promotes other people`s music. I know most musicians and artists hardly do that. I do write about the music of most people I know too but do they say a word about my music. Hey its not like my music is not all that at their level its even much better ;) Having a heart to spread great word about others must be one of the most difficult thing to do if one also thinks its the only way to make them achieve. Imagine like doing promo for a friend and tell others her/ his music is out. Then they go so further emailing you and even ask you to continue do that or spam your wall about what they do. The moment you tell about your projects they become deaf and blind to read. Or even delete all traces that has to do about your music on their walls. I mean come on if you want someone to continue invest interest on your project try to support theirs too. Why are people so selfish. Remember no one can block your shine despite who comes or goes. What is written will always be despite what do not be afraid of spreading positive word about others! As the matter of fact it will give you more opportunities in life in the most mysterious way. You have no idea how the universe operates perhaps if you are one of the person afraid of letting others shine through you because you are afraid of loosing your own shine! Give a chance to change and see what I am talking about by yourself :)

Flux Trax is the solo project of Magne Hoven, former member of synth-pop duo We Are Monsters, with background from the music technology studies at Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The music can be described as an RSS feed of the developments in electronic club music during the last 3 decades (maybe in particular the house and techno of his formative years in the early 90's), mixed with more recent styles such as Moombahton and Afro-House. The soundscape is characterised by a love for the synths and drum machines of the 80's together with a more personalised sound collage of found sounds in unusual settings, creating an experience of scandinavian melancholy juxtaposed with quirky humour. Flux Trax have contributed with tracks to 3 compilations within the Moombahton scene (Moombahdeep 2 and 3, You Need Deep) and will together with fellow Trondheimer King George VIII provide the tracks for Moombah Deep 4 on BDR Dancefloor. Flux Trax have also been doing remixes of Trondheim acts Pelbo, Amish 82 and G.O.D.S"
