NATASHA SHYROSE IN ØSTERSUND & ÅRE

Living in Trondheim makes it so easier for me and my family to visit Sweden. This is not Stockholm but Østersund is a small beautiful town in Sweden. I love it for the weekends! One can totally relax with the family and use time for each other instead. It is not like we do not do things together at home...We always do something daily like making music in Studio" we are all producers,musicians and artists in the family, eating together is very important no matter how busy days can be we must gather for the meal daily! exercing, playing and reading stories for our children...But all in all being home one gets also busy with daily activities and this is one of the reason why we prefer going else where and relax " 100% relaxation"

Kuishi Trondheim inakua rahisi sana kwangu na familia yangu kuwa rahisi mno kusafiri Sweden. Sweden hii sio ile ya Stockholm bali ni Østersund ni mji mdogo uliopo Sweden. Huwa napenda kutembea huko mwisho wa wiki wakati mwengine. Hapa ndipo pale mtu unaweza kupata nafasi ya kupumzika kabisa na familia na kila mtu akamwangalia mwenzie na kujipumzisha. Si ya kwamba huwa hatufanyi vitu pamoja kila siku. Mara nyingi huwa tunatengeneza mziki pamoja, kila mtu producer kwetu, tunakula pamoja mezani ni muhimu si mnajua tena pirika za siku hizi kila mtu wakati mwengine ki vyake vyake. Ila ni muhimu mno kukutana na familia kwa siku mkala hata pamoja mlo mmoja. Wakati mwengine huwa tunafanya mazoezi, au kucheza na kuwasomea watoto tamsilia. Ila ukikaa nyumbani ndio kama hivyo mara unajikuta unashugulika na hichi au  kile. Hii ndio sababu ambayo hutufanya tuwe tunaondoka nyumbani kabisa ili tupate muda wa kupumzika.

My Husband enjoying his meal "Sammurai Anka at Sammurai Restaurant in Østersund! They make delicious food there! 1-6 points I give them 6-6 and they are very charming people! They make us go to the same place whenever we are in Sweden! The food is beyond tasty!

I had to take the view of the Sammurai Restaurant! It feels like China! I really wish to visit China one day <3

We left rain and cloudy weather in Trondheim! Natasha Shyrose enjoying the sunshine in Østersund!

When it comes to the jogging shoes I got no idea! All I could select for him was colour of the shoes! Lol I tried to jog at times but I prefer long walks while listening to the motivation Cds or planning along the way! Or other types of exercise am in even Military like ;) Finally Stig got shoes the was looking for! Men`s shoes are damn expensive but they also last longer!

Today we drove from Østersund and to Åre before Trondheim. Finally we tried Åre`s favourite Eating Place: Broken You must go there and taste American Burger for yourself :) 

I also composed 3 songs in Sweden hopefully to make them for my second album. Have a great week - Spread Love, Natasha Shyrose <3
